JOB DESCRIPTION:
A senior programmer is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and improvement of Escochex payroll software and other applications integrated to it.
QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. in computer science, information technology, or related discipline
At least 1-2 years experience of being a senior programmer
Must be willing to learn programming of Escochex Payroll Software
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge on payroll applications and bookkeeping systems is a big plus
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees and executes all programming deliverables in the existing Escochex
payroll software
Develops software solutions by studying information needs, studying systems
flow, data usage, and work processes
Conducts regular inspection on problem areas and troubleshoots bugs in the
application or programming code
Leads the IT department in handling all software programming related work and other requirements concerning Escochex
Works with payroll customer representatives to identify problems with Escochex
software and provide solutions
Collaborates with systems analysts, engineers, and other programmers to
design systems to support the payroll software application
Modifies code of existing Escochecks payroll software to correct errors or
improve performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree holder in Education, Psychology, or other relevant fields

Has at least 2 years work experience in customer service

Has at least 1 year work experience as a customer service trainer
