JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Payroll Coordinator is responsible in leading the payroll department in all ESCOCHEX client resolution processes and coordinates with the HR department in managing schedules and client assignments of payroll staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, and other related courses (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
At least 1 year experience of managing payroll staff
Knowledge in handling and processing US payroll preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
Must learn proprietary payroll software ESCOCHEX
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Exceptional communicational, leadership and supervisory skills
Social skills necessary for teamwork and management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads the payroll department in resolving all ESCOCHEX client concerns
Attends to all ESCOCHEX clients during onboarding process and addresses their concerns throughout their engagement to the company
Manages the scheduling and client assignments of payroll staff
Conducts regular inspection of client payroll processes, employee schedules and employee assignments and implements improvements if needed
Assists the Payroll Operations Manager in administering, maintaining, and overseeing all client payroll processing transactions in the ESCOCHEX software including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions
Assists the Payroll Operations Manager in ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws
Co-conducts performance evaluations of payroll staff with the Payroll Operations Manager
Completes all other payroll related tasks
