Assisted Payroll - Escochex will process payroll on the client's behalf.
The software will automatically calculate, file, and pay your payroll taxes on your behalf**.
Payroll onboarding for new payroll clients. The onboarding includes
but not limited to the following:
Set up and calculate garnishments and deductions from each paycheck.
All check deposits can be processed at the client's discretion.
Direct Deposit must be processed 4-5 days in advance for the employee to be paid on-time.
Escochex has features to help generate, create, and download reports for payroll history, bank transactions, contractor payments, paid time off, tax payments, and more.
**Beginning 2024, Escochex will now automate tax payments and filings. Automated tax payments and filing are available only for state and federal taxes. Enrollment in e-services is required.

Local taxes require the user to print the forms and upload them to the necessary local sites.

Note: In cases where clients failed to pay payroll taxes due to NSF, Escochex will offer to pay tax payments and filings for a fee.
