CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINER

 JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The trainer is responsible to teach payroll staff of excellent and prompt responses to client inquiries and concerns. He/she conducts basic to expert practice sessions with the staff for every possible situations that might happen during a customer support call. He/she ensures that the staff obtains the skill to handle every client personality well with a pleasing and composed one.

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related fields

Ideally has 1-2 years of marketing work experience

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Plan and create marketing campaigns in all company social media platforms and emails

Create budget plans of marketing campaigns on all social media platforms

Create and manage marketing content and social media pages of the Escochecks Inc.

Develop marketing objectives, key performance indicators and advance success measures of marketing campaigns

Work on execution and implementation of approved marketing and budget plans

Accountant

  • At least 1 year experience of managing payroll staff

  • Knowledge in handling and processing US payroll preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.

  • Must learn proprietary payroll software ESCOCHEX

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications

  • Exceptional communicational, leadership and supervisory skills

  • Social skills necessary for teamwork and management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Senior Programmer

Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. in computer science, information technology, or related discipline

  • At least 1-2 years experience of being a senior programmer

  • Must be willing to learn programming of Escochex Payroll Software

  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge on payroll applications and bookkeeping systems is a big plus
