Lilibeth Deloria is the Office Manager and the Head of the Workers' Compensation Department at Escochecks, Inc., a payroll, HR, and accounting services firm. She has a long and diverse career, having worked in government service from 1983 to 1986, in the private sector from 1987 to 1999, and as an entrepreneur running her own bakery business from 2000 to 2019. She joined Escochecks in 2017, where she initially served as a staff accountant before being promoted to office manager.

Lilibeth Deloria holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas. She has been with Escochecks for over five years, contributing significantly to the company’s operations and management.
