Roy Escosar is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial strategist with over two decades of experience building and scaling businesses across the United States and the Philippines. As Founder & CEO of Escochecks Inc., he leads a fast-growing fintech and workforce solutions company redefining how small and mid-sized businesses manage payroll, HR, tax, and financial intelligence services.

Previously Chief Financial Officer at Alpine Pictures Inc. and Zuma Beach Entertainment, Roy built a strong foundation in corporate finance, capital structuring, and cross-border business management — experience that now shapes his disciplined approach to scaling Escochecks with a focus on compliance, automation, and long-term profitability.

Under his leadership, Escochecks has expanded through proprietary platforms Escochex Payroll and escoHR, along with a robust Value Added Partner (VAP) ecosystem that empowers accountants, payroll processors, and service providers to deliver white-labeled payroll and HR solutions. Roy has positioned Escochecks as a scalable fintech ecosystem, driving recurring revenue and partner-led growth.

Roy's vision is to build a company capable of competing with industry leaders like ADP, Paycor, and Gusto, while retaining the agility of a technology-first disruptor. The focus is on long-term stability and sustainability — building a business that would be investment-worthy should that path ever make sense, while remaining fully capable of thriving as a private company.

Beyond Escochecks, Roy is also the driving force behind Everyday Eshopping, a Philippine-focused e-commerce marketplace, and Escosar Studios, the company's arm for software development, marketing, digital content, and web development. These ventures reflect his commitment to building an integrated global business ecosystem spanning technology, e-commerce, and financial services.
