  • Billing and payment information such as your billing address, tax ID, and tokenized payment method (processed securely via Stripe or CPA Charge). Reconzyle does not store raw credit card or banking details.

  • Usage and technical data such as IP address, user-agent information (device type),, browser type, pages visited, and interaction logs for analytics, performance, and security.

  • Support and communication data such as helpdesk messages, chat history, and any other correspondence you send us.

  • Cookies and tracking data to enable essential features, remember preferences, and analyze performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Reconzyle Services.

  • To authenticate users and secure the platform.

  •  To protect against fraud and criminal activity

  •  To manage accounts, billing, trials, and payments.

  •  To communicate with users regarding updates, invoices, or customer support , with consent.

  •  To analyze and improve the Services through performance tracking and feedback.

  •  To comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud or abuse.

  •  To send limited promotional or product emails, which you may opt out of at any time.

  •  To analyze and improve the website and services.

We share personal data only in limited circumstances:

  • With trusted service providers such as Stripe, AWS, Google Workspace, SendGrid, and analytics providers, who perform services on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

  • In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale, subject to confidentiality protections.

  • To share aggregated or anonymized information that does not identify any individual.

Reconzyle does not sell personal information and does not use sensitive information for targeted advertising, in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain secure sessions, remember user preferences, and collect analytics data.


You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. We respect “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where supported.

After your account is closed, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized within twelve (12) months unless longer retention is legally required.

Our Services are intended for business users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will promptly delete it.

Reconzyle may store and process your data in the United States or other international locations. To ensure your rights are protected during cross-border data transfers, Reconzyle applies appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms. These protections include contractual agreements with affiliates and third-party providers that outline data security requirements, operational practices that limit data retention to necessary periods as defined in privacy notices, and technical measures such as encryption, two-factor authentication, and strict access controls.

Reconzyle takes reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction during international transfers, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.

prominent notice in the platform.
