 JOB DESCRIPTION: 

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor’s degree holder in Education, Psychology, or other relevant fields

Has at least 2 years work experience in customer service

Has at least 1 year work experience as a customer service trainer

Certification on customer service training is a plus

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Conduct remote training seminars regarding effective customer service

Integrate a new software's operating manual (given by the company beforehand) with employees in the discussion

Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills

Give insights on how to handle problems/difficult situations via call or email

Create formulated answers to common questions asked by clients

Give suggestions on how it is to be an effective customer service representative

Identify individual and team skills gaps and work on

Provide a manual regarding customer service tips (only if available)
